Case 03 · Live independent implementation

Turning incomplete business information into a clear bilingual website the owner can maintain.

A live bilingual website for an independent local business, built from incomplete service, pricing, booking and policy information.

Independent project completed during a recent applied-work period. I turned incomplete owner input into scope, content structure, bilingual routes, QA, deployment and handover.

01The information problem

The information problem

Strong service expertise and a clear visual identity already existed, but the public information was fragmented. Services, prices, booking, policies, visit details and public trust signals needed one source of truth that both customers and the owner could use.
